Hippy looked GREAT for the POODLE NATIONAL - 2023 - VICTORIA today.
She had a really good time doing her favourite thing... showing off in the ring. Good girl Hippy! I loved seeing her in her element eating lamb & rosemary sausages and being fabulous. Hippy is going home to Perth now. It's always really hard to say goodbye to her. I cry every time. Some dogs are special souls and Hippy is one for me. She has a talent for reading a room to win hearts and an insight into people that I like so much.
Personally, I think that Hippy's personality is a wonderful example of what the breed standard refers to when temperament is described. She is a lovely example of the breed that I love.
It will feel strange not having my little friend on the end of my bed at night or grooming her show coat every Sunday Bye Hippy Shake. Onward and upward X
